OUR MISSION

The SWANZEY PRESERVATION SOCIETY seeks to restore the Golden Rod Grange No. 114 to its place as an important visual and historical contribution to Swanzey's historic town center by providing a complementary architectural presence and a connection to community traditions.

The SOCIETY works to support the preservation and continued use of the Grange Hall in a capacity similar to its original form and purpose, that being to contribute to the vitality and continuation of the Swanzey community.

The SWANZEY PRESERVATION SOCIETY is a 501 3(c) organization founded in 1992 by Swanzey citizens concerned with the fate of the Golden Rod Grange No. 114 on Old Homestead Highway in Swanzey Center.  All donations and fees are tax-deductible.
